Sixteen plant officials participated in the training programme on raising the level of their skills in organizing the quality management system at the plant.12.10.06 The seminar gave main principles on organizing the quality management system at the plant according to the GOST R ISO 9001-2001 requirements as well as the requirements themselves. All the peculiarities of organising and managing this system were supported by examples. The seminar's strength was the training technique – the audience were involved in the real situation discussions, and the theoretical portion of material was supported by individual tasks and management games. When the latter were over the results were discussed in details and every participant got his mark. There is no doubt about usefulness of knowledge and skills got by the plant officials through participating in this programme. It will certainly help them to introduce the quality management system more successfully as well as to make better preparations for certification and to get the conformance certificate.
