| History of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Plant No.9 dates from 1942 when independent Artillery Plant No. 9 and Design Office No. 9 were founded on the basis of the Uralmash Works artillery production site. The first director of the Plant was Mr. Lev R. Gonor, Major-General of the artillery-engineering service. |

Our plant participated in this exhibition as one of the partners of the Defence Enterprises Union of the Sverdlovsk region. It was the first time when we took part in the Moscow defence exhibitions. |
